Hello Cuda Parents,

My name is Nicole Palmasano. I am so excited to start the swim season this year as the head coach.

I wanted to update everyone and let you all know that we will no longer starting practice June 1st due to the water temp at the Belvidere Pool. Our new start date is June 7th (see practice schedule on Swimtopia for more details). If you have any questions or concerns please don't hesitate to reach out to me!
